Terms of Service

Last updated: January 25, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Salvo (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization using the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

The Service helps analyze spend, usage, and operational data to identify cost-recovery opportunities and generate reports. Output is informational and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Data You Provide

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us permission to process your data solely to provide the Service, including generating analytics and reports.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process any data you provide (including data about employees, vendors, customers, or third parties).

4. Client Portal Links

If you share portal links or access tokens with clients or third parties, you are responsible for ensuring they are shared only with intended recipients. Portal links may be scoped, time-limited, and revocable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:

  • Attempting to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access
  • Uploading malware or abusing the platform
  • Reverse engineering, probing, or disrupting the Service
  • Using the Service in violation of applicable laws

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., email, billing, analytics). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Fees and Billing

If the Service includes paid features, fees and billing terms will be displayed before purchase. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, or to protect the Service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Contact
